Wellhead Penetrator P3

The QCI P3 is a single-mandrel, field-installed, 1-3/4” diameter electrical penetrator system that can be installed on either round or flat (2F) ESP cable. It supports a full range of ESP cable sizes from #6 AWG, #4 AWG, #2 AWG, and several #1 AWG cables in both leaded and non-leaded configurations. It offers a direct feed-through of the ESP cable to the surface without requiring a splice or downhole connection of any kind. The downhole ESP cable is connected to the surface cable within the QCI conduit box, available in Class 1, Division 1 and Class 1, Division 2 configurations. The QCI P3 system is rated and certified to 5,000 psi API WP and is a direct feed-through; the maximum rating for voltage and amperage is dependent on the pump cable.

Wellhead Penetrator P3X

The new FM Certified P3X product family reaches a new level of performance and efficiency. The P3X is an epoxy-less design utilizing a new, patented cable-lock system resulting in reduced installation time. The P3X delivers a fast approach to an elastomeric seal than can withstand the rigors of well operation with varying pressures and temperatures.

Wellhead Penetrator p5

Its “3-leddged design” isolates each conductor within separate tubes using metal-to-metal sealing and robust connections to connect the ESP Cable. The QCI P5’s simple approach and design make it a great solution for installing an ESP on a existing well and for new installations requiring a concentric wellhead of multiple ESPs in the well. The 10k psi rating option offers protection against offset fracking, eliminates cable splices in the wellbore, and can be retrofit to fit non-ESP wellheads.
